The Falconeer Performance Mode Targets 1800p/120 FPS on Xbox Series X, 1080p/120 FPS on Xbox Series S
Native Mode runs at 4K/60 FPS for Series X and 1800p/60 FPS for Series S.
The Falconeer is promising to deliver what’s looking like a a unique and visually striking open world air combat title. It’s also going to be a launch title for the next generation of Xbox, and it certainly seems like developer Tomas Sala is looking to leverage the new hardware to deliver the best possible experience.
Recently taking to Twitter, Sala revealed details on what frame rates and resolutions The Falconeer will run at in the Native and Performance Modes of the game on both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. In Native Mode, The Falcooner will run at 4K and 60 FPS on Xbox Series X, and 1800p and 60 FPS on Series S. Meanwhile, in Performance mode, it will target 1800p and 120 FPS on Xbox Series X, and 1080p and 120 FPS on Series S.
In a separate tweet, Sala confirmed that the game will run at a solid 1800p and 120 FPS on the Xbox One X confirmed. Target frame rate and resolutions for the game’s Xbox One version are yet to be confirmed, but earlier this year, Sala told us that the game would target 60 FPS even on the base Xbox One.
The Falconeer releases on November 10 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC. You can learn more about the game in our interview with Tomas Sala from earlier in the year through here.
